EMM PARIS

the EMM offers   oud lessons (Arabic lute)  based on a simple and effective method. To facilitate the learning of the oud, we have created the method of EMM which is inspired by best teaching methods_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad'5cf58d of oud_learning different Arab schools (Egyptian, Iraqi and North African). This method alternates in perfect harmony the use of music theory and oral tradition. Over time, the student discovers the Arabic instrumental repertoire as well as the various masterpieces of the great masters such as Riadh sunbati, Mounir Bashir, Nasseer shamma, Ahmed Kalaï; and others. In addition, these courses will allow the student to study the "maqams" modes, the "iqaa" rhythms  and the basics of improvisation in Arabic music while perfecting their playing technique and interpretation. 

The learning of this instrument is developed around several aspects:

•       Positionnement du corps, tenue de l'instrument et la coordination entre la main droite and the left hand.
